We pack every piece with care and ship across South Africa. This policy explains delivery areas, costs and timelines.
1. Where we deliver
We deliver throughout South Africa, dispatching from Cape Town and Sandton. We do not currently ship internationally.
2. Delivery cost
Shipping is quoted separately after your order, so we can pack and courier each piece appropriately, especially larger original artworks that need specialist handling. We’ll confirm the delivery cost and options with you before dispatch.
3. Digital downloads
If you buy a digital download, there is nothing to ship. Your high-resolution file is delivered instantly by a secure download link on the confirmation page as soon as your payment clears, so no delivery cost or timeframe applies to digital-only orders.
4. Delivery timeframes
- Prints are made to order; please allow 3 to 5 business days for production, plus courier time.
- Original artworks in stock are dispatched within 2 to 5 business days.
- Courier delivery typically takes 2 to 6 business days depending on your location.
These are estimates and not guaranteed. We’ll keep you updated if anything affects your timeline.
5. Packaging, handling & framing
Originals are wrapped and boxed to protect the surface and edges. Prints are shipped flat or rolled in protective tubes depending on size. Framing is available on request for an additional fee, typically from R1 500 depending on the size and finish, just let us know and we’ll quote you before dispatch.
6. Tracking
Where the courier provides tracking, we’ll share your tracking details by email once your order ships.
7. Risk & ownership
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If an item arrives damaged, please see our Refund & Returns Policy and contact us within 7 days with photos.
8. Collection
We do not currently offer local collection; all physical orders are couriered to you.
